Before he joined the WTWO team, he worked at television stations in Florida, Wisconsin, Iowa, and North Carolina. Tank has also served as a voice talent, play-by-play announcer, and host for PGA TOUR Entertainment, ESPN, and Fox Sports, among other cable networks.
Not long ago, he operated a video production business in the Atlanta metro area. Southern Minnesota is his native home and he assisted his family to raise livestock, plowing, and planting. While he was in high school, he played basketball and football.
